What I Do

I am here to support you from conception onwards, helping to ease the transition into and journey through parenthood. 

At Birthscapes I offer holistic support to parents and parents to be, with your wellbeing at the centre of everything I do.  

All birth & parenting journeys are different. As well as offering my individual classes and package offerings, I am also able to  work with each client to develop a bespoke plan for pregnancy, birth and beyond.

My key services include: Hypnobirthing & Antenatal support, 3 Step Rewind Trauma & Phobia Release (specialising in fertility, birth, breastfeeding and postpartum difficulties), Birth and Postpartum planning, Before Birth Mindful Wellbeing & Positive Birth Preparation, with continued support once your baby has arrived with the award winning Beyond Birth Mindful Early Parenting course (for parents / caregivers and their little ones aged 0-12 months) as well as my Mindful Mamma Walking groups. 

A number of my groups take place outdoors within the North East (UK), providing so many emotional, physical and developmental benefits for parents and little ones.

Comprehensive hypnobirthing programme & antenatal education

KG Hypnobirthing is the UK's original hypnobirthing programme. It is rated as a 5* course, it is accredited by the Royal College of Midwives (RCM) as well as being Fedant approved. 

KG Hypnobirthing provides you with a fully comprehensive antenatal education & releasing any fears or anxieties that you may have regarding your babies birth.

KG Hypnobirthing prepares expectant parents for the birth of their child and allows for a safe, gentle and more comfortable birthing experience whilst remaining calm, confident and in control.

The 3-Step Rewind Process is a gentle, non-intrusive, safe and highly effective method used to lift heavy and negative emotions associated with a particular experience or event, typically delivered over 3x 90 minute sessions.

At Birthscapes I specialise in working to address fertility, birth, breastfeeding and other postpartum trauma or phobias, including difficulties for parents and parents to be resulting from the pandemic.

Heal & Embrace

Birthscapes Healing Birth Package is for expectant parents who have previously experienced birth or perinatal trauma that they would like help to heal from, in order to move forwards towards your baby's birth with increased positivity, excitement and hope. 


You will receive 1:1 trauma-sensitive support from me, including 3-Step Rewind & the 5* KG Hypnobirthing course, with opportunity to tell your birth story in a safe & private space.

Pre and Postnatal Laughter Yoga

All about the oxytocin, love & connection

Pregnancy, birth and the early days of child rearing can be very scary and stressful and is important that as parents we look after our emotional as well as physical wellbeing.

Laughter Yoga releases a cocktail of positive hormones into our bodies, including oxytocin and endorphins which are essential for a positive and smooth birth experience. Following your baby's birth, these hormones help with bonding, mental wellbeing and with milk production if breastfeeding.

Beyond Birth is a Mindful group for you as a new parent. It is designed to be the weekly tonic you need to keep your life in balance. Each session is designed to ease the transition into parenthood. 

You will be guided to explore your identity as a parent and to connect with yourself, your baby and your loved ones. 

Beyond Birth ensures that you take your time to nurture yourself as well as your baby. You will be able to trust in your instincts and to reach out for help when required.

Each month I will run taster sessions so that you can find out about how Birthscapes can help you at whatever stage of pregnancy or early parenthood you may find yourself.

Taster sessions will cover the course content and will provide you with useful information and exercises that you can take away and implement to support you as you approach the birth of your baby or as you get to know your baby and parent on a daily basis.
