All birth & parenting journeys are different. As well as offering my individual classes and package offerings, I am also able to work with each client to develop a bespoke plan for pregnancy, birth and beyond.

Comprehensive hypnobirthing programme & antenatal education
KGHypnobirthing is the UK's original hypnobirthing programme. Hypnobirthing prepares parents to be for the birth of their child and allows for a safe, gentle and comfortable birth experience whilst remaining calm, confident and in control.
Heal & Embrace
My Healing Birth Package is for expectant parents who have previously experienced birth trauma that they would like help to heal from and have a positive birth experience moving forward.
You will receive 1:1 trauma-sensitive support from me, including 3-Step Rewind & KGHypnobirthing, with opportunity to tell your birth story in a safe & private space.

All about the oxytocin, love & connection
Pregnancy, birth and the early days of child rearing can be very scary and stressful and is important that as parents we look after our emotional as well as physical wellbeing.
Laughter Yoga releases a cocktail of positive hormones into our bodies, including oxytocin and endorphins are essential for a positive and smooth birth experience. Following your baby's birth, these hormones help with bonding, mental wellbeing and with milk production if breastfeeding.

Beyond Birth is a Mindful group for you as a new parent. It is designed to be the weekly tonic you need to keep your life in balance. Each session is designed to ease the transition into parenthood.
You will be guided to explore your identity as a parent and to connect with yourself, your baby and your loved ones.
Beyond Birth ensures that you take your time to nurture yourself as well as your baby. You will be able to trust in your instincts and to reach out for help when required.
Free Taster Courses & webinars
Informative and Transformative
Each month I will run taster sessions so that you can find out about Beyond Birth, how can help you at whatever stage of pregnancy or early parenthood you may find yourself. Taster sessions will cover the course content and will provide you with useful information and exercises that you can take away and implement to support you as you approach the birth of your baby or as you get to know your baby and parent on a daily basis.
Monthly webinars welcome guest speakers to discuss the topics of birth, parental transitions, healing, perinatal mental health, parenting & self-care.
