My Healing Birth Package is for expectant parents who have previously experienced birth trauma or other difficult experiences that they would like help to heal from, to support a more positive birth and parenting experience as you move forward.

We often find that when we are pregnant, old feelings that we thought we buried resurface and can have an impact on being able to enjoy pregnancy and on looking forward to baby's birth and parenthood with a new baby.

By working on these fears or difficult feelings related to a traumatic event or experience, you are in a much better place to then focus on hypnobirthing and plan your positive birth experience, whatever that may mean for you.

​

I regularly work with parents who have experienced difficult pregnancies, loss, fertility issues, and difficult birth or postpartum experiences, parents with phobias of needles or other related fears, as well as survivors of trauma and abuse.

More recently I have also worked with parents on fear around the unknown when birthing during the pandemic.

You will receive 1:1 trauma-sensitive support from me, 3-Step Rewind trauma release & KG Hypnobirthing, with opportunity to tell your birth story in a safe & private space.

​

This includes 3 sessions of 3-Step Rewind prior to the birth and up to 2 further follow-up sessions where needed, as well as 10-12 hours private KG Hypnobirthing.

​

I also offer meet with you (online / in-person depending on course arrangements) following the birth of your baby, where you are given space to share your birth experience and to reflect upon this.

The online package totals £410 and the in-person package totals £450, providing you with a discount of £80.

I offer a free, no obligation consultation of up to 30 minutes to discuss my services.

Note: In-person support is only available within the North East (UK) and an additional cost will be applied for travel and expenses where you live more than 30 minutes by car from NE40.  

Any additional sessions required are charged at £60 for 90-120 minutes .
