The KGHypnobirthing course is extremely popular with parents with KGH being the 'original' hypnobirthing programme.

Throughout our time together, I will guide you through the birth process and lead you through hypnobirthing meditations. 

You will leave the programme feeling educated about your birth and confident in the abilities of your mind and body, and how they naturally work together to allow you to have the best birth experience possible.

Laughter Bumps - prenatal laughter yoga (online)

Laughter Yoga utilises mindfulness and yogic breathing techniques and couples this with set laughter exercises. 
Created by a GP in 1995, Laughter Yoga has grown into a worldwide phenomenon.
Engaging in extensive laughter has been shown to support with a number of heath and wellbeing issues.
Studies have shown that laughter may support with fertility, reduce risk of premature delivery, positively impact on the baby in utero and support the production of hormones essential to birth.
Following birth, laughter may support with breastfeeding and milk production, parental bonding and reduces risk of postnatal depression.
Additionally, laughter helps to diffuse any tension we may be experiencing and can bring us closer to those we love.
