Service Description

3 Step Rewind consists of three sessions (lasting 60-90 minutes on average) where you will have the opportunity to share your story and you will be guided into a deep relaxed state where changes will take place in order to lift difficult feelings and emotions linked to a particular experience or series of experiences. 3 Step Rewind is non-invasive, gentle and highly effective and can be used alongside other therapies and treatment plans or can be accessed on a stand-alone basis.
