About the Event
If you are expecting a baby (between 20-34 weeks into your pregnancy), then come along on Sunday 10th July from 1.00-2.30pm at The Studio, 1. Telford Close, Low Fell, Gateshead where Birthscapes is hosting an Introduction to Hypnobirthing & Pregnancy Relaxation (Taster Session).
Hypnobirthing is a comprehensive antenatal and birth preparation course which has been shown to be extremely effective in reducing or eliminating fear and anxiety regarding birth and improving birth outcomes for mum / birth parent and baby.Â
By coming along you will be able to ask any questions that you have about hypnobirthing whilst meeting other expectant parents and having a cuppa and cake.
