About the Event

If you are expecting baby during 2021 or 2022, I would highly recommend my online KG Hypnobirthing course.

The next online course is being held on Saturdays from  20th November - 11th December, from 5-8:30pm (including a break).

At Birthscapes I know how important it is to receive the support of other mums & dads to be as you start your parenting journey together.

Participants will receive access to a private group where you can connect with other parents attending the course and start to build your parenting tribe!

Sessions are interactive and provide opportunity to explore any questions you may have individually, as well as group questions and to practice the course exercises together.

Becoming parents is really one of the biggest adventures you will embark on and it has been shown that om average, hypnobirthing parents have higher satisfaction regarding their pregnancy and birth, with better outcomes.

KG Hypnobirthing is the original hypnobirthing programme with RCM accreditation, created by Katharine Graves.

It is a childbirth preparation method that provides comprehensive education upon the body's birthing abilities, birth rights and the healthcare system.

Hypnobirthing helps the birth-parent connect with their natural instincts, enabling parents to have a safe, gentle and comfortable birthing experience, whilst feeling calm, confident and in control.

Hypnobirthing creates an integral role for the birth partner, instilling a sense of confidence and helping to develop their role during the birth, whilst deepening the relationship between birth-parent, birth partner and baby.

Additionally, hypnobirthing has the potential to have long-term positive effects upon child development, with infants exposed to less stress hormones in utero and higher levels of positive "happy hormones" during pregnancy and birth. Hypnobirthing is not just a wonderful tool for a positive birth experience, it supports a positive parenting journey, from conception onwards.
