Come along on Friday 9th September to experience the award winning Beyond Birth Mindful Early Parenting Group for mums / caregivers and their little ones from 1-2.30pm within the beautiful Gibside National Trust Estate. Meet other mums, take time for you and nurture yourself surrounded by nature.

About the Event
Beyond Birth is the award winning Mindful Early Parenting Group for mums / caregivers and their infants aged 0-12 months.
You are cordially invited to attend a FREE TASTER session of the Beyond Birth Group at the beautiful Gibside National Trust Estate on Friday 9th September from 1-2.30pm.
This session will include:
- Introduction to Beyond Birth
- Mindfulness & Journaling - what are they and how can they support us in motherhood?
- Journaling exercise & Group Chat
- Guided Relaxation
- Infant Soothing Technique
- Gratitude Circle
- Cuppa and a sweet treat
- Time to play
Come along to connect with other mums and take time to nurture yourself as you nurture your baby.
Bookings are limited to 12 parents / caregivers and their infants, so please book early to avoid dissapointment.

Katy (Birthscapes) is a mummy to one and trained Occupational Therapist specialising in Birth and Maternal Wellbeing.
Katy set up Birthscapes following her own difficult perinatal journey, to support the wellbeing of mothers holistically. Katy now provides hypnobirthing, 3 Step Rewind perinatal trauma & phobia support, Before and Beyond Birth Mindful Wellbeing Groups, Growing Together mum & baby Group, and will soon be offering 10 of Zen Mindful Mothers Groups, Tree Babies and Mindful Breastfeeding Support.
Katy also runs Mindfulness Walking Groups for mums and will be running monthly cuppa and catch up sessions for mums and mums to be at local venues.
