Laughter has been found to have an extremely positive benefit for both the expectant mother and the baby in utero and may act as a powerful tool to help you achieve a positive birth experience.
Laughter Bumps includes: Discussion regarding an antenatal topic, wellbeing journaling and laughter yoga. It provides you with time to connect with baby, your partner and other parents.
Attending Laughter Bumps means that you on the path towards a truly joyful pregnancy and birthing experience.
Postnatal Laughter Yoga
Laughter Bairns is for any new parent with a baby aged 0-12 months. This class is for you as the parent and will give you opportunity to take time for yourself, connect with others and your baby.
Laughter ramps up the hormone Oxytocin within our body (the hormone of love, social bonding and stress regulation). Attending regular laughter yoga sessions allows us to reprogram our brains as a result of neuroplasticity.
Laughter Yoga allows us to let go of things that do not serve us well any more and to experience more joy.
Sessions include songs, rhyme and play with baby.
One to One support & private events
I am available for private bookings online from the comfort of your own home.
It may be that you and your birth partner would like to access the benefits of laughter yoga for your own wellbeing as well as that of your baby's.
